An old university project inspired by metamorphic rock formations. Imagery created by squeezing plaster of paris and black ink between two perspex sheets. This was then developed into a set of five A2 screen prints, above are two of the most successful!

A really open and quite testing brief, However I was very happy with the outcome, I was initially thinking of including over printed type in a vibrant neon, but thought it might spoil the original imagery, I think I made the right decision.

I was recently commissioned to re-design the Big Barn website alongside their identity and business cards. The client was really pleased with the outcome and so was I.

The site will be going live in the next couple of days so keep your eyes peeled. In the meantime go give Big Barn a follow on their facebook and twitter pages.

So, a little while ago I was commissioned by the folks over at We Heart to create a new logo for them.

It was a really great project as I had the chance to get out my brushes and play around with some expressive lettering again. The clients were really great to work for and were very clear about what they wanted whilst also giving me the freedom to explore different designs.

The logo will be officially launched alongside their website which is currently being re-designed.  So keep your eyes peeled.

In the meantime, head over to the current site here and give them some love.

Recently I was commissioned by We Heart to design a new identity that is going to be launched alongside their brand new website very soon. Although you will have to wait for a post showcasing the logo design, this is what I have got for you….

After completing the work, the kind folks at We Heart sent me over a copy of their brand new publication ‘Create GB - Volume 1’.

The 196 page book, beautifully designed by SB Studio showcases a number of eclectic British talents that were featured on the site during the summer of 2012.

The publication is truly brilliant and a great read for anyone interested in British creativity. I am very grateful to be the lucky owner of Volume 01 and a big kudos to the folks at We Heart for all their hard work.

Click here and grab a copy for yourself before they go! Available now for just £15!

Use the link above and you get to see a sneak preview of the logo I designed.
